ROSMARY GRILLED SHRIMP

CHILLED GRILLED PEPPERS WITH BALSAMIC VINAGRETTE DRESSING

MAIN

Herbed Stuffed Chicken Kiev

Rice Grumpy

Sautéed Asparagus

with Hollandaise Sauce

DESSERT

Apple Strudel

with Crème Anglese

Due to rising food costs, this dinner will not be wine paired. Guests are however cordially invited to bring their own beverage of choice; also, Grumpy will be more than happy to recommend any wines for the dinner.

Please note that minor menu adjustments may and probably will happen.

As always, this is a BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair dinner).

Minors are only allowed with parent/guardian in attendance!

WARNING: We all know what usually ends up happening at these dinners so....Parental discretion is more than advised! (It's not like we ever did a human sacrifice or wild orgy broke out, heck, that might be nice for once other than everyone eating great food and drinking mass quantities of alcoholic beverages...)

Email is corrected (I was in Amsterdam, you know real Henienken Beer and so forth)....And yes, real eggs, vinagar, pepper corns, clarified butter. I wouldn't say pissy, it's far worse than just pissy.......!!!!

doggy, you got my respect, i usually break a batch every time i cook it. My toques off for that one. cheers
