So we can't use smoke in the city if we can't lite smoke on the concrete? They makes no sense...

Ok, your not understanding, ignite it on the grass, all the buildings are surrounded by grass, just dont light in the building, or on the street, or on the SIDE of the building

photos are from the rooftop of the 4 story, and the day before game on, so the field is empty

Oh yeah we have played Blanding three times.There are plenty of places where you can pop smoke legally in the city.

So, since I have relocated back to Oklahoma, do I still qualify as a southerner? I wish I could figure a way to make this one!!
