Well I took my marker back to where I got it. Those guys messed with it for 2 days and just called me a few minutes ago, they had to send it back to eclipse. Oh well I guess we will see what happens next lol. Anyway guys that was alot of great info. Thx for all your input. When I get it back I'll post what the problem was.

TheBill I just got a new Ninja 90/4500 a few weeks ago, thats what I was using with it.

You did change out your batteries right, I know it was stated before but im making sure.
I can almost guarantee you its a dying battery if you haven't swapped it out yet.

I went though 3 different types of battries, all brand new right outta of the pack.

what i do to all eteks and egos for RFP is disssimbe the vert reg, clean it with a white cloth tilll everytikng is nice and dry and some sou to where you white rag is alomst as claen when ya do a final wipe down.....then lube,,,i ws told by a lvl3 tech that anything from vasoline, yes vasoline, to any fomr of grease of similer type weight,,iif hater sauce, slickolium, or any dirrevative of those bike lubes...then i use a small covering of molokal 33 to 55 on the hard moving part, like the kick and the bigger orings betewwn the body parts...replace you mico line as its a dime a dozen and woulnt hurt...the make sure you set you lp reg scre flush with the lp reg body, not fluxh with out side, but the lower depressioon on said lp body...set the vert reg adjsuter flush aslo with its lowet conaved point....then get an new battery, and [ush the reb tutton bakc to all stock setings....apply a small amont og gun oil/rem oil into the asa, 3 /4 full drops, remove barrel, shoot one full take of hpe out....wipe everything down well after ward with a nice wgite rag...i alwasy look for any drit or dirty "Skidarks" on the rag....to make sure im not shooting dirty air, dirty air is bad....then put you your barrel on, grab soe nice consisten paint, shoot a few 20 30 rund over the crony, see what you get for your variences, and baselines..and adjust you lp reg and hp reg accroding to manufactures setings..if you still get to better result..your just gonna have to get you a very afforadble oring rebuild kit, and break her down all the way nd re do the above..then you should not have flustuations to drastice, maybe 10/15 +/- ...after that you might have to adjust you dwell just slighly, i say stay arun 13 to 15 shoul let you fine tune a stiock etek to a +/- 7 to 10 psi...and that can be mre refinded by good bore to barrel match and a possible reg rebuild on your tank....

this is only from my experience sicne RFP sues tons of ego's and my prior experince with A/C's and e-blades....

but i would cut my left big toe off with a rust hatchet to take some teck classes wth PE..

cannibal tore this thing down completely at flag wars. cleaned everything, checked everything, new battery, relubed.... just dont get it. everything looked perfect. im thinking theres a prob in the reg.

I've sent mine off with a very similar problem. Hopefully I'll have it back tomorrow and I can post up the fix for mine...

I read somewhere that someone was having my problem and said his piston in the reg was cracked. Can't remember if it was here or another forum. Well its not gonna do me any good to look now, Eclipse has it by now I hope. How the heck can a piston crack in the reg? And does Eclipse have a prety good turn around? I have never dealt with them before.
