Wasn't there a law suit in FL last year about a kid getting killed by the ASA valve coming off the end of a CO2 bottle (after his friend messed with it)? Isn't that the Tippman law suit that Tippman won?

Tippman lawsuit was about an unclearly marked safety, after a kid shot his friend in the eye. The C02 involved some woman being struck in the head by a flying cylinder after the valve had broken.

the only thing that makes CO2 dangerous, is the bottles their stored in, but you cant really use anything else because CO2 is so cold. CO2 is stored at about 850psi, while most HPAs are at 3500+. CO2 kinda has a bad rep, but if you think about it, new and ignorant players are more likely to be using CO2, and they could easily do something extreamly wreakless, like unscrewing the valve, while you see all of the experianced players with HPA (exept me :p ), pretty simple.

i thought co2 was stored at 1800, not sure though. and it seems to me that a $150 dollar hpa tank would be a lot safer than the 20 dollar co2 tank.
