Fill Adapter
Hello,
Does anyone know what the cost of SCUBA to HPA Tank adatper would cost? I am a diver and have a ton of tanks, I want to dedicate one Stell 80 to paintball fills. Wondering what the adapter would run? Thanks Eric |

Hey Eric your looking at $30 or so for an adaptor for SCUBA.
Filling off of SCUBA tanks is almost a thing of the past like my old 20lb Co2 tank setting in my shead. SCUBA dosn't have enough humpf (PSI) to get you enough to warent the cost IMO. Unless you live in the boonies I'd just let my local field or paintball pro shop fill. They can give you a fill in your 4500psi tank that SCUBA can't and do it consistantly. A few years ago when I decided to go HPA I thought that SCUBA would be a good thing to have but that was before the influx of HPA Comp's at Fields and Paintball Stores. Most SCUBA tanks are about 3000psi which only gives you one or two time at or near that 3K mark every fill after that goes down. With my 91ci 4500psi I get over 4000 shot with my Ion and a few minor upgrades. Most fields frown on personal fill stations of any kind, used on there property. Cause of safty and liability. |

Thanks for the information. I have to check and see if the store that is close to me fills to 4500 psi.
