Stako tanks US approvals and licensing

Quoted from the nation:

For all of you who have been waiting on a US version of the stako tanks to pass the DOT laws, the wait is almost over. I jus got an email from the stako sales rep:

Hello,

I am sorry but we have approvals only for Europe at the moment.

We will have US approvals within next few months.

Best regards,

Stako

General Info on Stako tanks. Looks like a standard HPA fiber wrapped tank. I couldn't find anything thats "goin to take over! no doubt" PDF file has info sheet. If anyone has more info that would describe what is special about these tanks, please post it.

It's hard to tell on their site and in their literature. They show everything in kgs and I am metrically challenged when it comes to conversions..

Sorry to be that mean but that maybe helps:

Metric conversions, metric conversion chart & table - online converter for US customary & metric system unit measurement conversions, plus currency converter & fractions to decimals

scroll to the middle for Conversion
