Mag Question

so i've heard nothing but good about mags, mini mags, e mags, x mags, ul mags, auto mags etc etc etc... but i'd be lying if i said i knew anything about them. i'm pretty sure i could pick one out of a lineup- but thats about it.

anyway- a friend here with me in tampa mentioned that he used to have a mag of some type- but when i asked if it was for sale he said its been sold... HOWEVER... according to him there is, and has been for some time now, a MAG of some sort in our local pawn shop.

i won't be home til this weekend, but anything and everything you can tell me regarding identification of what type of mag i'm looking at, things to avoid, things to look for etc etc... i'll try to get a picture of it and post as much info as i can on this thing before i buy it- but the more i know ahead of time, the better off i'll be. thanks.

sweet. i am SUPPOSED to be in south carolina before saturday... but they like to pretend that they don't know. as soon as i get back i'm heading straight to that pawn shop to look for the mag... i'll try to get clear shots of the frame, feedneck, trigger, serial number etc...

i am excited as always to spend more money i don't have on things i could live without.

If you have a picture it would help alot. There are so may different ways a mag can be set up it is unbeleivable. Right feed, left feed, center feed, ULE body, ULE Rails, There are hundreds of different rails that it could have on it and each one has a different resale it adds. Then you get into valves, there are several different valves that can be bought. Classic, RT Pro, RT Xvalve. Each one of those add a different resale to it.

I have ran across a couple in pawn shops here. Both were classic valve single trigger frame guns with no extras. Worth about 80-90 bucks to me. They wanted 150 for them.

Mags can carry resale of 75.00 up to 5-600 depending on the body style, valve, rail trigger frame and all that good stuff.
