P mag questions...

ok guys..so ive got a hella old minimag that nothing can be done with, so i figure id like to make a p-mag out of it, I know the kits have been made, but are extremely rare to find, so does anybody know the necessary steps that i need to take to creat this pump. Id like to really make this mag nice with a ULE body, newer internals and a new triggerframe, so id basically like to rebuild this thing, but add a pump to it and add SC to it  so..anybody know where to start?

I heard a rumor the guys at PBC have a source for the parts to convert a mag to pump. If they can not help try Automag.org and some guys were talking about it on M. Carter Brown awhile ago. I've never done it so have no hands on background.

Shoot Little_Ho from Splinter Cell a PM or email. He has a kit & I think he knows where one is.

minimag..

I played automags for tourney ball for a few years way back when, and for a while after that for recball - then I got hooked on sniper ii's and I sold all but one of my mags. And now I continually fight with "why keep it" - but I do. Last Dec, I remember riding around with Keith Vass in his tank at the free finale, and the one handed semi was very nice when things get a bit enclosed. Long guns are nice when in the open and woods, but Ill hold on to my minimag as is for tank
rides.

Skeeter is pretty good with his minimag/automag..

Scpaintballer this is no cheap conversion. From what I understand they are several hundred dollars if not over $300. I could be wrong. Anyway you can contact Geoff at the PBC store: geoff@homexpressway.net

He might be able to put you in the right direction if nothing else pans out.

the thing is once you get the parts, you need to have a rail and body milled for it. i have a left feed one that is milled that i got in a trade. i have it forsale, because i can never afford to build a full pump mag.

Hi

I just finished mine, its in the Pump Thread.

What you need to start with:

A classic Valve, if you think of using a RT or X-Valve, well you can run in troubel with Co2, because they reacharge a lot faster. But I dont know that for sure.
The next thing you need is a Rail. But the Rail need to be milled out for the Pump rod. Its a special Angle wich need to milled in. And you need a Complete Pump kit. A regular Triggerframe and a milled body. I was thinking of getting a ULE milled by a Guy from Automags Forum but I found a Steelboy of eBay and bought it.

Then put all together and you are good to go.

Thats what I spend:

AM/MM Rail 5$
getting it milled 25$
Classic Vlave runs for around 50-80$(RT or XValve would be to much overkilled)
Trigger frame wich one you want (single about 30$ Double Intelliframe around 80$ (used))
Body: Old School Stainless Steel with Pump cut around 60-100$
Ule Body 80-150$ to get it cut around 50$
Pump Kit, well i got mine for 150$ but i had offer for trades for an new X-Valve (worse 250$) It depends if the person know how rare they are. I saw one on eBay going for 130 2-3weeks ago.
A bottle adapter or a Quick changer for Co2 12Grams.

I think thats it. Well maybe get a O-Ring kit 30$ and Air and time to try and twist and turn with it.

A very good source for that would be the Automags Forums. I linked the address above.

If you have any question let me know and here is the Link to my PumpMag I just finished her Yesterday...lol (tooked me about 6month to do that....lol

If you look for a miller AGDBrad from AO is your Man. He done my Rail. He is cheap and done a very good Job and he can hook you up to get everything milled.
