Angel G7

New Angel G7, prototype is being shown at NPPL San Diego.
This Angel follows the styling of the 05 Speed, both in body shape, and in the reg foregrip. The reg has been reported and opened up even more, allowing for better airflow. The hammer and valve have been designed to work on a very low lpr pressure. The eye logic software has also been upgraded for more speed, and the eyes now glow red. That part is just for looks though, no added performance value, aside from the fact that you can easily tell if your eyes are working. My favorite feature lies in the breech release. There is no longer a pin that holds the breech in. The is a twist knob on the back plate that actually moves the ram body back and forth. When the breech is closed, you tighten the lever, moving both the bolt and ram forward. The bolt position keeps the breech closed, and leaves no room for ball rollback, one of the reasons the A4 soft tip bolt was created.
The G7 will be released in January of 05, msrp was quoted to be around $1600.
Pics to follow, I didn't have my memory stick until now, everything will be up tomorrow night.
