I thought about setting up a bluetooth intellifeed before. As far as several bluetooth device interferring with each other? This technology syncs with another device, and then jumps through frequencies 200 times a second. You might catch inteference on a couple of jumps, but shouldn't be enough to really matter.
Intellifeed woudn't be too hard either, just need to send an on signal to the device in the hopper for as long as you want it to spin. Just need to find a transmitter small enough to hide in the gun.

My bluetooth headset that interfaces with my Blackberry has an effective (line of sight) range of 93 feet...we measured it this morning with a tape measure in the parking lot!! That being said, the wi-fi option is a bit complicated in using say, 20 guns per server. Encryption. Bluetooth has random encryption paths that number well in to the millions and sync automatically to an accepted receiver. I can upload code to my timmy from 80 feet away via blkberry or laptop and have had no conflict issues.
