Eyes upgrade / Master Tech VS TAG sportz

Well im thinking real hard about doing an eyes upgrade on my Force 4. I have been checking into it and I found that a master tech installed kit costs about $299.

What I'm wondering is, has anyone done one of these upgrades? and if so who did it (what shop) and how has it worked?

I have also been talking to some of the guys at PBC and they say to do the TAG sportz eyes upgrade. A little more costly at $350, but from what I have heard its a killer upgrade. So if anyone knows anything let me know please!

I haven't had it done to one of my guns, but I have teched a couple of the MT conversions. I like the work on the eyes, it's a real clean installation. If you want to go a little more costly, get the MT eyes and a Tadao board. You can't ask for anything faster. I have a Tadao board in both my G7 and 05 Speed, and they rip hard.

I know about angels owners. I was just wondering if anyone in the East coast area had done one. thats all. so keep the input comming please.

you really cant go wrong with either. but what are YOU looking for?

do you want to retain you LCD display? if so, FLY upgrade it.
do you want the simplicity of an LED display, and dont mind making all adjustments thru the trigger? TAG is the way to go.

TAG board is more adjustable, FLY board is simple.
TAG has lifetime upgrades on the board. FLY doesnt (unless you get the tadao board).
both offer LASER eyes.
TAG is in georgia
closest MT is NJ (i think impact paintball, or ken crane-- somewhere up north)

you cant go wrong whichever you choose.
i prefer to keep my display, so i would choose the FLY upgrade.

but good luck. both are excellent upgrades and would make the angel even faster than stock.

edit:: there is also another option on the FLY upgrade that i forgot about, you can get a SPEED board that has a LED display for a little cheaper , but im not a fan of the LED. i just wanted to throw that out because im sure someone will mention it. doesnt maintain the display, but still an upgraded board.

If i do the fly I am going to go with the tadao board. And yes the simplicity of changing settings and know what the heck im doing would help! I am new to the electronic guns and doing stuff with a trigger pull might be a bit beyond me.

But i did talk to a guy that had the TAG eyes on his angel and he really loves it. So I am trying to find someone that has done the fly upgrade.
