 This shows the flash tank separated from the body. The iR3 and older models use a two peice flash tank, the Speed and newer came stock with a one peice.

 This is the Flash Tank split into it's two pieces. It's very important to make sure these seals are seated right when reassembling, or you will have a massive leak.
