Bakara Update 10.31.2005 ..

Good news - I just got off the phone w/ Robbie and all systems are go for

Ben Bowens of Team Ball Busters is heading up the Ranger side,
and Spyderman from Carolina Pain is heading up the Mog side.

For those of you who missed Sunday Morning at Super 64, I reintroduced a very old format where each army was to hold several objectives at the same time, and each objective scored on the half hour etc. In military terms I believe they call this "securing the AO" -- well anyway, what his format does in scenarioball is it brings the need for C&C to the front lines to respond quickly in real time to changes in the battle field.

The street fight from the Battle of Mogadishu fits well with this format - and well I already have the maps done from Super 64 - so lets play BAKARA.

The price is right too. Its $25 if you came to Super 64 or 61 and includes event air!!! ($35 if not)

Team registratration is open. Make your reservations here so we can pick sides and the command staffs can coodrinate and communicate - then visit triggertyme.com - download and fill out the team registration form and one waiver per player and mail the whole mess to me (the address is on there) - we will take care of the money part at the show.

We've got to muster up troops right? I mean, this being started early means that everyones gotta spread the word quickly. Especially get people who aren't going to Kursk or Free Finale.

I'm gonna try to bring 3-4 newbies to Bakara. (I'm gonna put up an award to whoever can nail you first ). - just kidding.

I'll be honest. I kind of want to be in the game fighting along side with the rangers. -unless this scenario requires me to be at home base. Super 64 was crazy! moving in organized groups like the rangers did on Sunday morning is what is needed to do it right outnumbered like we were October 15th. I'm guessing that this scenario won't be as massive (maybe it can) but it will still be the same. -them mogs were everywhere during the scenario and I know I for one, learned alot from both team's performance.

Well this game will definatly be smaller than super 64,most of the hard core teams are going to kursk and the free finale.We are going to both but I will be able to general,I will just have to organize my time between the 3 games.
