Shot both on my autococker, the Ultralite was better. The CP 1 Piece is great for the money tho

Ultralight is about the highest quality non kit barrel. The cp barrels are more mid level.

CP 2piece barrel kits are acctually very nice barrels. A lot of people don't use them because they're only 30/front and 30/back. They're a bit heavier than UL's but shoot very very similar. They're a bit more effiecient too.

If you are using open bolt, you can get away with using one barrel, probably about a .691. If you are using a closed bolt, you will probably want to get a set, since balls can roll down the barrel when not properly matched, giving inconsistencies and possible barrel breaks.
One ultralight or one set of CP barrels. Check the prices and get what you need.

Ied go with Ultralight, there basicly the same things as boomys but a bit more cheaper, But once again if ur just startin out and have a barrel budget of like 45-60 then i would go with a nice CP, or JJ two pice.
