Ok i prefer interchangeable back because u dont have to worry about bending the inserts but with inserts if your "back" gets scrated it is just a cheap fix not buying a whole new barrel back.

(i dont know if this is true just my thinking) Also quality with interchangable backs can be something to worry about because if they are producing 6 barrelbacks for 200 bucks and they sell a plan 2 peice for 100 (then they are loosing profit so they might make a cheaper product.)

I really can't compare because I've only owned the inserts with my freak set. I will say, I have bent one in two years but that was my own fault. Other than that, they have worked flawlessly.

Companies are actually making money, because you see a 4 pc empire kit for $100, and the full 10 pc for $200, so you think "im getting over 2 times the pieces, for 2 times the price. Most people buy big kits, or no kits.

I think aluminum freak inserts suck quality wise. Not to mention with a complete freak you get completely pointless bore sizes.

I havent gotten the oppritunity to try stainless ones, but the aluminum are fine as far as my exoerience with them can tell. Also, i believe that interchangable are better because i just think they are higher quality than inserts, although ive never had any problems with inserts. But then interchangable will cost you a bit more money for a bit less sizes. And also some of the freak sizes are completely useless.

I like to use as few pieces as possible. My Freak didn't do much for me, I currently use a Longbow set, a CP set, the stock Angel barrel, and the Javelin barrels.

I would go with the Evil Pipe, interchangeable backs, Smoke the pipe, Rated the 4th loudest barrel, lol, cleans paint really easily too.
