SLY Equipment's Dual Carbon barrel

SLY Equipment is proud to announce the Dual-Carbon STEALTH barrel. We at SLY Equipment have been selling our limited edition Dual-Carbon Pro barrels at an amazing rate. However, we have found that a strong percentage of the paintball community is attracted to the simple and clean look of our STEALTH barrels.

The STEALTH, just like the rest of SLY's barrels, utilizes the patented tapered bore system. Tyson from SLY explains that traditional barrels have a compression factor (usually around 4-5 inches) and then the barrel steps to a drastically wider diameter (barrel front). "When that happens the air around the ball tries to escape, creating turbulence and forcing the ball to bounce around the bore before exiting the barrel. Tapered barrels such as the STEALTH allow the paintball five to six inches of compression and a gradual taper, allowing the ball to float through the barrel rather than bounce around. This does two things: it improves accuracy and reduces ball breaks." The STEALTH is a great addition to the SLY line of barrels and should be available at a store near you.

You can learn more about the STEALTH barrel at www.slyequipment.com. If you would like to contact SLY Equipment directly you can call them at (949) 200-7348.

I got the chance to use one of these recently, I have nothing ubt good things to say about it. I was using a friend's gun, and having double feeding issues, hence breaking a good bit of paint. This barrel shot through the breaks better than anything I else I have tried. Shot great before there was paint in it too.
I have been swayed over, as soon as the angel threads come out, I'm getting a full set.

Spyder, Cocker, Shocker, Impulse, A5, 98C.
Looks like Angel is now listed under a single back, but I want the set. I'll have to shoot them an email.

2 thumbs up--

I tried Chappy's sly barrel on my sni2 and it shot as well as my Kaner - nice and quiet and light.

Ide put it as my #2 choice of favorite kits.

I shot one this weekend for the first time. It shot good. I would not put my Freak or Karner down for it.

My Sly Kit is the 14" RealTree pattern and it is more accurate than my Freak Kit. Not by much though. The big problem I'm having is it rattles loose on my A5 after a few shots. A thin Barrel O-ring takes care of that.

Play safe and have fun,
