Bear Claw's Chow Hall Cafe
Thought some of you might be interested in what the Chow Hall Cafe at Bear Claw will be offering during your weekend...
Free players party Friday night beginning at 7 p.m. til?? Smoked Beef Brisket, Polish Sausages, rustic breads, roast potatoes, sauerkraut, fried apples, coffee, tea and hot apple cider plus the skit! Saturday Breakfast $6 scrambled eggs, canadian bacon, sausage, gravy, bisquits, toast, muffins,fruit, grits, hash browns, french toast(toaster kind)with syrup coffee, orange juice, tomato juice, grape juice , milk Saturday lunch cafe menu all beef hot dog $1.50 1/3 lb burger $2.00 French Fries 1.00 onion rings 1.50 candy 75cents fountain sodas etc. Saturday dinner $10 salad bar, assorted breads, a carving station with baked ham, southern fried chicken, sliced roast beef in gravy, bocca burgers, baked macaroni and cheese, organic sauteed green beans, sauteed squash, mashed potatoes with sour cream and garlic, angel hair pasta with marinara sauce, corn on the cob, roasted onions peach cobbler, pies,cakes,cookies coffee tea cider Sunday Breakfast $6 Egg station-omelets to order, eggs to order canadian bacon, fried chicken, cheese grits, o'brien potatoes, hollandaise sauce(for those eggs benedict moments) muffins, sweet rolls, fresh fruit, hot apple cider, coffee, juices, milk, assorted hot teas, cereal Children under 8 may eat any meal for $4 All meals except Saturday lunch will be staff served buffet style. For those of you wanting less you may purchase individual items at the cafe window. You may purchase a meal card if you want to use your credit card. These may be purchased in the pro shop only. Cafe is cash only please. Ice will be available by the bag at the cafe window. We will have campfire wood available as long as it lasts on a first come first served basis...please remember your fellow campers as you are taking wood. Several water stations are available at Bear Claw. Remember! You must check in at the pro shop BEFORE you set up camp...No ground fires will be allowed! You must dig a fire pit(shovels are available for checkout in the pro shop). All campfires must be cleaned up before you leave on Sunday. No trash can be left. 2 guys and a small pickup truck will provide regular trash pickup. PLEASE utilize the trash bags and containers on a regular basis. Real toilets and a hot shower are a feature at Bear Claw...portapoties and pump sinks are being provided at regular intervals on the main road of the camping area as a courtesy. Please indicate on your pre-registration form if anyone in your party will be eating at the cafe...you do not need to pre-pay for meals but if you will indicate how many eating what meal this will help in our planning. We will be feeding the staffers and those folks who indicate they are eating with us. Looking forward to seeing you all very soon. Any of you that has not had dinner at bearclaw its really good. We always cook any where we go & were not for this one!

I already sent in my registration info. but I will tell you now I will be at EVERY meal. Got to keep my figure you know, and did you say Hot Showers. Man this is going to be like staying at the Ritz.
