So what can I bring???

So what can I bring??? This is my first big game of any type and I am very new to paintball. So what I wanted to know is what I can bring or not bring to the M.O.U.T. site. Such as coolers ,snacks and what not. Any info is greatly appreciated even if you think it's not worth mentioning tell me anyway.

Thanks
Mike

You cant have Alcohol ON the base / MOUT

Coolers, grills, snacks, sodas, and such are encouraged...although the food lineup they have is something great, so Id get one of the meal cards mmmmmm

if your camping ON the MOUT site...no bonfires, or fires not in a contained item....like a grill or those little portable firepits.

campers tents,. generators, lights for your site....LOL heck you can even hook a microwave up to a generator if you didnt want to toitally "rough it" LOL

I am sure someone will post the link to the Official rules to Blanding, but the main thing to remember is that you will be a guest on a Military Reservation.........no firearms, adult beverages, and no littering. Pretty much all common sense. Coolers, food, and what not are acceptable.

If you are local [going home at night] bring:
  1. what you need to play the game
  2. favorite rehydration liquids
  3. pop-up or share one with some friends [shade is your friend]
  4. chair to sit your butt in every once and a while.
  5. food if you do not get meal card [carbs]
  6. your own tools/spare parts
  7. most important bring a Good Attitude

If you are an out of towner:
  1. Same as above
  2. If camping out stake our your territory early
  3. Blanding has no RV connections so dump your tanks before arriving
  4. Be aware this is a sandy area many people get their vehicles stuck
  5. Comfort food

everybody else kinda covered the LEGAL side of it... but just for the "what to bring" for a scenario aspect-
plenty of EASY snack foods. yes- they will have a place to get food- if , during the game, you want to fish for your wallet, and then stand in line, more power to you. i personally will keep cold drinks and maybe, beef jerky, trail mix, chips, stuff like that. this enables you to keep on the move. if i get really hungry, then yes- i'll go get a hotdog or something.

towels. no specific reason here- but bring a couple, i bet you find a use for them. i always do.

some means of shade, and possibly even sunblock.

any and all paintball gear you own... scenario games can be rough on your gear... i had 3 high end markers crap out on me at one game in dec... luckily i brought 4.
CASH... if you have extra, have it on site, as there will be vendors and even other players selling gear.

a change of clothes, and maybe some baby wipes. its gonna get nasty out there.
hpe that helps with some of the less obvious things to have on hand.

Check out the rules link posted above.

Pay particular attention to the field paint only - you do not want to get caught with other paint at Camp Blanding.

yeah, they will eject people and stop a game if it is seen on a person or building.

VERY strict.
