Is the day of the Equalizer over?

The W.A.S. Equalizer board is no longer stock in Intimidator markers, starting with the new 2k4 platforms....could the Equalizer be at the end of its run?

imho...no, the frenzy and entropy are known for having mad bounce and ramping, with these new boards you are payinf for features that are illegal, i am sticking with my WAS'd dragon until a board is faster w/o relying on cheating.....discuss

It might be over, but they will have a board coming out thats equalivent (sp) to it if that does happen.

ok i have entropy board but all the bounce i get on it mechanical bounce not microswitch bounce.

Entropy boards dont ramp but they can be set up to bounce and they can also be set up also not to bounce so its all preference. These boards arent problems for pro teams just because they get 'team chips' that ramp and bounce and all that good stuff and ramping boards are not easy to come by.
But i have no idea about frenzy boards

Any board with a debounce option can easily be set up to bounce. Mechanical or switch bounce, either one can be tweaked. WAS established itself early as an aftermarket baord, it's just that now there are other options. Pretty much the same thing that happened to the Angel marker. People had a choice, and started using other things.

The day of the WAS might be over for timmys, but its still going strong for impies, vikings, and angels.
