Timmy needs help with his Timmy!!

Hey ya'all here's the deal. I finally got my Timmy I have been wanting for all these years. Its an 05 Empire Timmy with virtue board. Here is my problem.... When I oull the trigger you can here the silinoid working but when I put air to it nothing comes out. I reset the board to factory default, lubed with grease and replaced all o-rings, tried many diffrent bottles and to no advail it wont shoot paint. The input pressure is set to between 70 and 80. You do hear a slight release of air when aired up but nothing to big. It worked for about 5 minutes and when we changed bottles it quit again. Yes I changed the batteries (bout 5 diffrent brands have been used) Any guesses?

Or the eyes are shot...

even if I shut the eyes off it does it, anyone got a spare noid laying around?LOL
