That hopper reminds me of the old school weiner type hoppers which are pretty nice. You give the opponent less of an area to hit..

The thing is, these markers go on the shelf at walmart for ridiculous amounts of money for what you get. You can get a brand new tippy on ebay for less than these pieces of crap. I still don't understand why tippmann is producing the triumph .

Like any of you would actually use the hopper that comes with ANY gun.

As for the price, sure you can find things cheaper on Ebay, but if you know nothing about the sport and you see these in front of you in Evil-Mart (or Dick's or wherever), do you go home and start looking for something cheaper? Not if you're a kid. And the parents that know even less than the kids but know junior wants to play will buy these. Paintball gear in Evil-Mart has done a lot for the sport in getting it in the faces of newbs. Of course, it has also contributed to a few more safety issues since they don't tell the buyer anything and the occasional random vandalism, but we have been dealing with that for years.

The gun itself looks like a revamp of the Raptor which was the best gun BE produced since they left Canada.

Stealthy because it is rubberband powered. But kidding aside, I agree with CBD; if it brings more kids out to experience paintball, its a good thing.

yes it looks like crap to me, but i agree. we need to grow the sport and just because we wouldn't buy one, doesn't mean some father wouldn't if it meant him and his kid get to do something fun together and enjoy our wonderful sport. keep bringing out the entry level markers and grow the sport. and for the record, its ugly as sin.

my setup is better than yours......i hope.....
