I like the part about posting the points in real time so everyone can see. Often times I think people don't know where there team stands and sort of forget about points, missions and just want to go shoot someone. This should help be a constant reminder if you pass by the board every time you reinsert. Plus add a little motivation if you know you are only a few points down.
