Auction SCAMS
I found this link on WarPig about how paintballers are getting scammed and I figured since the auction just went online you might want to read this article.
http://www.warpig.com/paintball/arti...nigerian.shtml "Buying and selling used paintball gear on the Internet can be a great way to get some deals, but listing items for sale, in classified ads like those on WARPIG, and even well known online auction sites like E-Bay can make a paintballer a target for criminals."

I have seen several auctions where people are bidding for a PICTURE of an item. It states that in very small print towards the end of the auction, removing all legalities from the seller. Very sneaky way to make a buck, but unfortunately I think it's legal as long as it has the disclaimer.
