Think you can work something up like this???

3.5" Outer Diameter
2.75" inner diameter

4 Feet long..

Preferably would like a

2.875 OD
2.75" ID

but that .1 is fairly thin wall what pressure do you think 6061 would take at that?

IS that to thin for a barrel for 6061? what if i use 2024?

Um, I really don't deal with that specific of sizes. The pipe I use is standard IPS (iron pipe size). I can help you if you need 2" IPS , etc..
