I've got a 91 Camaro RS I need to sell, and a 2004 Grand Prix GT. I drive an 05 F150 for work, so that saves a lot of miles on the Grand Prix.
My next car? A new Camaro. Wait.........what did I say? New Camaro? I thought they stopped making those things..........or did they...... www.chevrolet.com/performance

Subaru? Wow I hope you dont plan on working onit your self.lol
Thats the only thing I didnt like about becoming a certified auto mechanic. All the cars I used to love I now hate because of working on them. I look for the easiest to work on type vehicle. And so far ford F-150 stick shift is my choice. I dont have one yet but thats working down my list.
My dad just got one of the new hybrid electric cars from toyota. Wow I am glad I dont fix those. Under the hood it has nothing but plastic covers and a big sticker saying HIGH VOLTAGE DANGER. You know like on power lines. lol
Also everything on it is drive by wire no linkage.( shifter, steering, brakes, gas peddle, exc....) You can even talk to the car yep just like your cell phone and tell who to dial for handsfree phone, change radio to diff station, even tell it what temp you want the car without ever taking your hand of steering wheel. This things manual is like a manual for VCR. On normal vehicle nobody reads the manual, well you better on this thing other wise you cant figure out how to work this car. Best part is no key, it has the remote entry block like normal but all is needed is to stand within 3ft of car and just touch the handle with fingure and doors open. the remote never leaves your pocket and to start it samething just get in and push the big red button that says start. lol like a microwave.

Well hopefully they won't destroy the Camaro like they did with the later model Impala. This time I hope they put some "Posi" in the back..

I'm a honda man myself. I owned fords and chevrolet's and when you hit 80 -100K they nickle dime you to death until you get rid of them. Quick story. I owned a 94 S10 pickup and it blew a head gasket (4 cylinder mind you) and my dad owned the same year S10 and it blew a head gasket...

PBjunkie speaks the truth. Thats the way american made usually goes. But honda will last a long time, down side is when honda goes HONDA GOES. Usually not cheap, but then again honda's last a long time. Especially if they have the proper maint. Make sure to change the timing belt on time thats the easiest way to loose a honda. If that belt were to break you are looking at a new motor. it will distroy the pistons in the motor.

Grandam's were of my favorite to work on if they had the 3.1 L motors. That motor is one of the most mechanic friendly motors I saw. Only thing is the O-ring around the distributor would go out and blow oil everywere but easy fix.
If its got 3.8 L then it will move pretty quick for stock 6cylinder.

Just be glad you didnt get an older Grandam with Quad 4 motor. That motor was a flop for GM. They blew head gaskets on a regular basis. And the water pump was located on the side of motor facing firewall. Took 6hours to change 1.

My 91 Chevy pickup's still getting it done, 180,000 miles after it was born. 15mpg hurts, but so would a car payment, which I don't have.
