As you may already know, Florida was hit by a Tropical Storm and a Hurricane within a day of each other.
Tropical Storm Bonnie hit the Florida Panhandle on Thursday doing very little damage. But on Friday, Hurricane Charley, which was rasied to a Category 4 hurricane right before it made landfall, was causing extensive damage throughout the day. Governer Jeb Bush estimates the damage from both will be at around $11 billion.
In the wake of these storms are the Florida paintball fields. And, to aid in the rebuilding of any that may be affected by either Bonnie or Charley, Rick "Rico" Fernandez of PaintballTroops.com in Orlando, Florida has set up a Emergency Fund on the website where people can make donations to those that are affected. Additionally, Rick is accepting donations of equipment to give to the fields to replace what may have been damaged or destroyed by the storms.
