I do have a little happiness to go along with this. According to the permenant parenting plan, I am the primary redidental parent for both children and also get to claim both tax credits. Yesterday I enrolled my oldest for kindergarten in my area. My X wants the children to go to school in her area which is across the county. After I explained this to her in a civil and stern voice, she threatened she would not take the kids to school and she was going to get her lawyer who bailed on her at the end of our divorce and stated "she would see me in court". I explained this to the school and they required a copy of the plan and explained to me if my X-wife tried this she would get into big trouble and if she was really stupid about it she would go to jail and I would get full custody. This is a start and I have high hopes.

Not sure if you would want to but, You could also use the schools counslers
to talk to the kids. Then from there once they know the truth would report
the problems to the C.W.S. But as stated before be rdy to take full custody
if need be.

first off, my hats off to you sir, you are first rate in my book, now the best advice i can give you is this. possession is 9/10 of the law in tn, if you fear for the safety or mental well being stop. the visits. give any excuse you have too. the most she can do is take you back to court, 2nd contact d.c.s.. they can help put you on the right track, 3rd if money is an issue contact legal aid. they can and will, put you in contact with a lawyer, who will do this as a pro bono, meaning free, tn lawyers are required to do pro bono cases , as a public service, this is not about you are the ex. this is about your children, you do what you got to do, to ensure there safety. peace
