hey guys... thanks a lot. what i came over here to do was maintain and repair the engines and fuel systems on the f-18a+ hornets, as well as conduct and supervise flight operations on the line. i made it clear to my gunny that if any oppurtunities should arrise to get out of the wing and head out in iraq, i wanted to do it.
based on many different factors, including my lack of spouse or children, i was chosen to go. i thought i was leaving immediatly but it looks like may 1st is my departure to parts unkown to me. to be quite honest guys, i don't need much of anything...

RICH- i packed my PBJ stickers in my day assault pack and then left it behind in SC in favor of a bigger pack... so i'll be happy to slap some junkie stickers on all kinds of cool shit... but i'll need to order some more.
GIMPY- because we swing with the wing.. A2s are our curse. i am actually about to go work a deal through another unit to third party barter me a deal with a totally different unit to get an m4.
Silverback- they wouldn't let me get the double trigger... or the lcd display... hopefully i'm still effective without my ego7. =)
Rooster- thanks buddy... i think we're good on stuff. the only things guys around here get excited about at this point seems to be the KoolAid singles packs, and Sour Patch Kids. haha...
Tetanus- you and Rage-o don't worry about me. i'll probably throttle back a smidge on the suicide runs for a few months.
Grendel- negative on the hookers... there are enough army/navy/air force... and on rare rare occasion marine chicks here that are pretty decent looking... or maybe i'm getting deployment goggles already. who knows...
this morning and yesterday, i practiced multiple target engagemant at close range, failure grouping, box grouping, and transitioning from primary to secondary weapons. in the afternoons i am getting some unofficial hand to hand training for better convincing prisoners to "comply" as well as means of rendering enemy combatants crippled or dead. LOL... pretty cool shit.

Just a request. When your box comes, take a knife and cut all the edges..Dont slice through the middle of the box or you may ruin something.
