There should be no problem finding people in Sotuth Florida over 50. However Paintballers over 50 would narrow the field alot.

I'm not over 50 yet but getting closer and not in FL but I know of many players well over 50 and some into their 60's and 70's. Age and treachery will overcome youth and vigor.
