parrots

I love parrots,i dont have one yet,but my neighbor does. he has an ausome cockatoo,and 2 other birds that are really cool except for his indian ringneck Kiwi.She is a butthead.

lol, i like birds too tho! i have a cockatiel and a sun conuer! they are very cool birds! and very sweet!

Had a parakeet at one time, called him Rocky. The bird could say is name, and a couple of other things, just not too clear. Poor thing died of some weird disease.

My Fast likes to shoot people!

i had a one-legged parakeet once, he died while he was flying....sad story, maybe get some sympothy hugs and kisses from dyegurl

parrots can live for a long time. cockatoos can live for 80+ years. my pionus can live for about 30-40 years. and my ring neck about 25 years.i heard of one cockatoo living for 99 years. there is one type of bird that is called a hycinth macaw that can easily live to 100 +

some are really expensive though. like that hycinth is 25,000. my cockatoo cost 1400, the pionus cost 700, and the ring neck we got a deal on. normally they are 300 but we got them her for 200.
