San Diego Auto Show

I went to the auto show on Sunday. Always fun to check out all the cars in and (moslty) out of my budget with no salesmen breathing down my neck. Here are some photos I took.
Ford concept van. Looks like it goes backwards.


I asked if there was a button that would allow me to transform the car and procede to stomp all over rush hour. The rep was not amused.


Bondmobile. Aston Martin DBS


Nissan Skyline GTR. Very shiny, very pricey.



Lincoln Concept. Interesting interior.


Audi R8 supercar. Drool.




2010 Chevy Volt.


Look at the gas tank, see anything strange? Electric Mustang, 0-60 in 4 seconds, 110 mile range, 300hp, 1000 ft/lbs torque. The cost? $80k, not including the mustang to be modified.

Thanks, X! Super nice pics. Only one correction. DBS= NOT Bond. DB-5 = the ONE and ONLY Bond machine! (But note that I think the DBS is STILL utra super fine!)

I love the autoshows.. I grew up in metro Detroit, arguably the home of the best autoshow in the country.

Its funny how most of the cars are all futuristic and something you haven't seen before. Then they show the lambo's, that look the same as the past 5-10 years. LOL

I am waiting on the 09 Challenger to come out. As of now I have only seen pics in magazines and its always the same car they take pics of. Must be one concept car. I have heard nothing of production lately.

They had the Challenger there in concept form. It looks good, but I'd take the new Camaro over it.

Yep same challenger they have been showing off for the last 3 years as an 09 that seems to have missed the production run.
