I have a storie for you all about why you should leave your mask on. My brother, dad and a whole bunch of other people were paintballing in an area where you take cover with large rocks and bushes, hills, and downed tree's. Basicly uit was like the funnest rec place I've played at. And oh yah, it wasn't a real field. It was a shooting range where people would sight in there gun before hunting season. But we made sure no one was there.

Well anywase, it was rainey and fogy and with my terrible goggles, it sucked vision wise. I honestly couldn't make out the difference between some tree's and a human. And all of us had to take of our mask and take good cover to clear our mask. And we all were doing it, taking turns covering eachother. But when it was my turn to cover my friend it all went wrong.

Me and him were in a firefight with a guy across the field. He told me to cover him because he was clearing his goggles. so i did so, I covered him but it was when he came up without his mask that really made me and in my mind i was thinking he was just plain stupid. But anywase, so he comes up and starts fighting. and the next thing that happend made me kind of glad because it would teach him a lesson. He was hit in the EYE!!! but before he was hit I went down. and took it in the mask. I wish you all could of seen what it looked like. It was kind of funny.

Ouch man, is your friend ok. I admit it i take my mask off too in those bad conditions, but ive never poped up without it on, I need like a really good anti fog lense, contacts, a fan, and factory grade anti fog spray. lol

Definitely invest in a pair of good googles, almost as important as your gun.

The BIGGEST rule in Paintball is to keep your mask on when playing the sport. You don't remove your mask for nothing until all markers have been plugged and the game is over. This takes the "I've been BUNKERED" award of the week.
