Yes , i have seen that. and i have also seen someone selling a picture of a DM4 and in find print on the bottoms it said- picture will be emailed to you. A young kid bid over 1000 dollars for it... poor guy- that really sux!

That's a crime if you ask me! Nobody should be "tricked" into something like that. You could say, well, do you read all the find print on an application for a loan, credit card, etc? Most don't and yes it's legal but I feel these issues are separate.

There's no room in the sport for taking advantage of people in such a way, especially younger folks who might have worked an entire summer cutting lawns to save the money for a prized marker.

It's wrong and if I catch it happening here, I'll do everything in my power to make your life miserable!
