Just to let you know. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed about 4 years ago. I felt ok the first day and then started to hurt the next day. At day 3 I couldn't take it and went back to the dentist who said it was ok I should feel better soon. Well 2 more days went by and I felt VERY bad. I went back to the dentist again who sent me to a different dentist. After about 30 seconds of the new doc looking at me he said " Mr. Harrelson, do you have any plans for the next couple of days?". I said um, yeah I need to go to work. He replied that I might need to call in because I was going to have to have surgery in a few hours to fight the infection that was turning septic. Basically the infection was slowly spreading down my throat. So......... If you have any doubt, please stay home.

All the horror stories aside [I feel for you Brain ] I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed during bootcamp and they sent me to the barracks with a "rest of the day bed chit" and a fist full of regular Tylonal. The next morning I had to be up like all the other "Ricky Recruits" for PT and what not.

Knowing you and Shrub a little, I find it hard to believe either of you had "wisdom" teeth, lol
Take it easy until sat and you should be ready, and do not hesitate to go back if something feels funny. Like Tig said, a dry socket is a bitch.

When I had mine taken out when I was 30 years old I was sexually molested by my super hot female dental assistant while I was under anesthesia.I know because when I was taken home by my wife I seemed to be ok.The next morning when I woke up my underwear (which was under my shorts)was all cut up like with surgical scissors.I DON"T REMEMBER...

I bunk'ed a tank in the village.

I had three (3) wisdom teeth "CUT" out because they were impacted (Below the gumline, for you folks from Rio Linda). Fortunately I got IV Valium and don't remember a thing until I woke up on the sofa at my apartment. I was looking at a baby food jar with weird stuff in it. I ask my wife what was in the jar, and she informed me that it was my teeth. I asked her why in the hell she brought my teeth home, at which time she told me that I had sat in the middle of the Oral Surgeons waiting room and had a "temper-tantrum" until they got my teeth. Oh she was soooo pissed, because she was so embarrased. I called the Doctor the next day to apologize for the tantrum, and the Doctor's nurse said it wasn't a problem, it happens alot, due to the drugs.

Anyway I recovered by the next day from the surgury, but had to deal with the wife until we were divorced about six months later.

I am sure yours will do better, just don't piss off that Army girlfriend of yours, she may be armed!

Oh yeah, ALWAYS PLAY PAINTBALL!!
