...can't you just unscrew the ram shaft from the pump arm by about a half-turn? The ram's front bumper should prevent contact at that point.

You could, as long as it isn't full of Loctite at the ram shaft. WGP was notorious for loading it up with the red stuff. If that is the case, it will not break loose without heat...

Really, if you take a pair of needle nose pliers or ratcheting adjustable wrench and back the No 63 shaft out of the back block, then all you need do is hold the pump arm stable and spin the back block counter clockwise a turn or two to give you the play you need.

That looks to be an anodized aluminum pump arm. If you continue to slap the back block against the body without any gap, I promise you that it will snap the pump arm right off where the thread starts. Then you'll really have a fun task... getting the end out of the back block. And thats IF you can get it.

yes, the silver one. if you can unscrew that from the back block, then you would be able to spin the back block to give you clearance.

My opinion is that you can be overshot no matter it takes control on the shooters part . Even if it is 5bps overshooting happens. Alot of people would like to see what there gun can really do just do it off the field not on someone LOL
