Well, what that is is useless, it takes the places of your front block crew, and is supposed to be an air chamber, but there is not enough space there to make any difference, and the gun already has everything it needs, I know what you're talking about, you tlaking about that little silver rod almost, that comes out in between all three pieces of the pnuematics...?

volumizer -- Mitey Max -- Valve Extenders
I have an ANS Volumizer for my 99 block to add a little more volume behind the valve. It replaces the screw that holds the front block to the body.
32 degrees makes a similar device they call a low pressure valve extender ![]() New Designz calls them Air Block Value Extenders http://www.sakworldpaintball.com/coairblvaex.html AKA makes the "Mitey Max" ![]() http://www.akalmp.com/lowpres.htm to add to what cozie says -- I doubt you need one for a 2K since they have a pretty big space behind the valve. If you are looking for < 200 psi on a '99 cocker, they may help a bit. would defer to Bambuski or DeepFreeze on the subject.

I would ask Deep, as Bambuski refers to me when it comes to cocker stuff now lol...and if I need to refer to anyone I always go to Deep. I'm now used to getting calls asking me to come in and fix cockers, but I don't mind, it makes me feel needed...

ahh soo
http://www.pbreview.com/products/reviews/1434/
this thread on pbreview reports the volumizers dropping operating pressures from 20psi to 50psi all other things being equal. So Bambuski is faking it? I thought he was the other cocker king.. My world is shattered, my confidence lost - hell, I might go back to shooting automags so I can ask skeeter questions.. ![]()

Cocker king far from it, I'll give him reign over everything else, I don't care about anything else, and with that new PBX cocker the cocker now reigns supreme....as it should be

thanks.
My gun already operates at a pretty low pressure, i just wouldnt mind taking it a little bit lower. Im working on procuring some nifty things for it over the next bit so its in top shape for the scenario season. oh and anyone whos been keeping up with my saga. I finally got a Low pressure PMI 68 4500 nitro bottle. so that settles that. Drew

The volumizers are effective on pre 2k cockers. The 2k model addressed the smaller air chamber issue and if you add a volumizer to a 2k+ model it does make the chamber larger, but doesn't have a positive effect on lowering pressure. Actually you could probably go a bit lower, but at the cost of lower efficiency as well. I don't have one on mine and I have been known to run it as low as 140psi or so. The problem is that it is very inefficient at that pressure. From my experience stick with quality products that add to the efficiency and you will be able to lower the pressure without any ill effects. BTW, I run my cocker at 180psi which it seems to prefer. Nice and quiet as well as efficient.
As far as Bambuski goes, he is a solid cocker tech. I would definately go to him with any problems you have. Unlike myself who specializes in only a couple of guns, he can fix just about anything out there. Not to mention, when you go to Bambuski you get the added support of myself if he runs into a new issue that he hasn't seen before. He can fix 99.99999% of problems. I am just here for that 0.00001% that are complete pains in the wazoo.
