Kinda looks like a sheep being...OOPS! Can't say that here. Heh-heh. I just can't help but think that the Orrs have totally sold out to K2. I have always been a dedicated Cocker owner. Damn, we still sell the Trilogy in the shop. But, IMHO, this thing looks like a desparate attempt by WGP to regain ground lost when SMP spanked them with the Ions. I just don't see it happening. Seems like they lose status with the players who kept them going for so long. (As it was mentioned earlier), the "tinkerers" who loved to adjust and tune and play with the guns. This looks like another one for the wall at Academy.

Aerion's right about the originals being ugly, but at that time ALL guns were ugly. But what Cocker owner could ever resist grinning at the sound of perfectly timed A/C when you gassed it up, pulled the trigger and the back blocked slapped the body perfectly. Ahhh. Satisfaction!

I do agree that the grip frame is what is hosing this thing down. There is a small chance for the body. Although the solenoid/manifold assy looks really bizarre.

What I really don't understand, is that we are a WGP dealer and we've gotten NO contact or info from them on this gun. You'd think that they'd be promoting it heavily. Again, the K2 modus operandi...

My three cents.

Makes you wonder who really comes up with this junk. It looks like something you could possibly buy at Walmart. Hey they sell trilogy's everywhere.

EXACTLY what I've heard several people say. Check the thread on PBN. There are some very interesting comments.

And Drew... I'm with you! I still have my 00' body, cause thats all that is original, tricked out and sporting an E2. Can't see ever parting with it. Lot's of memories. Like when a certain dumb ass bought the gun. Before even shooting it, or knowing squat about an AC, he bought all the upgrades off the Internet. Rat valve, Bomb, etc. and installed them. After all, the Spyder was easy to install upgrades on...

TWELVE CONTINUOUS HOURS later, I had learned how to time a Cocker... the hard way. Took all the "mystique" out of it, that's for sure!
