quick question

how many shots should i average with a 68/3000 hpa?on a pro stock cocker?

That's a hard one to answer. There's so many variables. It's one of those, "Every gun is different" kind of questions. You should be getting decent effeciency though. I'd guess somewhere around 800-1000 shots from a full fill. That's with a properly tuned and sprung gun.

Arrow 700-1000

I realy depends on the gun but in your case i would have to agree with paco for the most part but a least 700 shot and 1000 max
