I am working with the guy right now. He told me he has apologized to the people he contacted, but I am not sure he got them all. Apparently UPS lost the package and are putting a trace on it now to find out if it was delivered to the wrong address or was lost enroute. Unfortunately, when he couldn't get a response from me within a couple of days of the package being sent he posted the comments about me being a thief. As those who saw me at Kursk know, I am in the middle of moving to Kansas City and was not able to check my email until last night. Rest assured, DeepFreeze is not a thief and I am working on solving the issue. I just wish this person had been a bit more mature about the entire issue.
