WGP Introduces new Select Fire Models

WGP has recently announced that they are adding select fire boards into their autococker models across the board. Fromthe Trilogy series through the Black Magic, you can now have selectable firing modes to fit various series or recreational play. Check out the press release for full details.

NOTE: The Select Fire product Line for distribution in U.S. markets only! We are currently working on EU Version.

WHAT IS SELECT FIRE?
Select Fire is only available on electronic markers.

Select Fire (“SF”) simply means your marker has several different “Fire modes” other than just “Semi Auto” mode. In order to meet the demands of our customers and to position our products in a more competitive light we have added “SF” to some of our key products.
Superstock SF (available summer 05’)
Black Magic SF (available summer 05’)
Worr Frame SF Upgrade Kit (Available summer 05’)
Tactical Trilogy SF (Available fall 05’)
Trilogy Series SF (Available fall 05’)
There are 4 different fire modes as well as an option to demo / practice each of these different modes.

NOTE: All SF markers are equipped with a vision system that monitors the paintballs in the breech. Maximum balls per second (BPS) fired by your marker will be limited by the feed rate of your loader regardless of trigger pulls per second (PPS)

Ramp (PSP / Millennium Tournament Legal)
The first 3 trigger pulls are semi auto only. After that, the ramp mode will add 50% fire rate (BPS) to trigger pull rate (PPS)
Example: After your first three shots, a rate of 6 PPS delivers 9 BPS (50% increase)
A rate of 10 PPS equals 15 BPS
(Maximum rate of fire capped at 15 balls per second)

Full Auto
The first 3 trigger pulls are semi auto only. If you hold the trigger down on the 4th pull AND your PPS rate of the first 3 pulls is equal to or greater than 5 PPS, the marker will switch to full auto. Maximum BPS will be the same as maximum feed rate of your loader.
Example: The trigger is pulled at a rate of 4 PPS the marker will never go into full auto mode.
The first three trigger pulls are pulled at a rate of 6 PPS and the trigger is held down on the 4th pull the marker will shoot full auto at the feed rate of your loader. (Viewloader Quantum loader would deliver a maximum rate of 8 BPS)

Semi Auto (NPPL Tournament Legal)
For each complete trigger pull and release the marker fires only 1 ball.
Example: 5 pulls per second (PPS) equals 5 balls per second (BPS)
10 PPS equals 10 BPS or less according to the feed rate of your loader.
There is no cap on maximum BPS. If you can pull the trigger at a rate of 19 PPS and you have an Evolution 2 loader your marker will fire at 19 BPS.

3 Shot Burst
Each trigger pull delivers 3 balls as long as the trigger is held down for the full 3 shot cycle. If you quickly tap the trigger it will only shoot 1 ball. If you release the trigger mid cycle it will immediately stop shootingSuperStock
