Yeah I understand its faster and lighter. But I could care less about speed. I think its a waste of paint. Plus like I said before the moving back block is what makes a cocker a cocker to me and to alot of other people I know.

thanks. missed that typo. but for $699, its not worth it. it has e2, and is gloss black.
i can find a karni now for almost half that. and rembrandt-- trust me , i know all about the cockers. so i know what you mean, but halfblocking is the new wave. cuz all people care about is how fast you can shoot them now. |

But isnt that just a black magic?
chiming in on the half blocked discussion: In theory the smaller moving mass during the cycle should translate into being able to hold sight picture better, & tighter groupings. For this reason, Im kind of a fan of the new halfblock cockers - at least on paper.
