It's fun for a while...more maps and editing the sound files helps some.

quake 2 eh? Only played the half life version, and I'm waiting for Digital Paintball Source to come out.

It's actually a standalone game, not a mod. I guess the engine is the same, but it doesn't require Quake to play. I never got Quake2, never needed it.

Tried to play it. DL'ed it and followed all directions I could find and never could get it to work. I think i'll stick to cs.

I never had any problems with it...as long as your video card cand handle OpenGL, it should be good.

I tried it out this morning. The server I tried had a bunch of bunny hopping fools. I like the feel of the half life version better.
