i think games like greg hastings and DPB might help you with paintball, because they hold the concept of leaning and throwing down lanes. Also in Greg Hastings you have to shoot lefty to lean out of the left side and vice versa, so I guess it can also teach technique/form?

The only thing I'd say it helps with is being able to pick out details....being able to distinguish a Spartan wearing dark blue armor fromo the surrounding dark-shaded area is a useful skill.

i dont think the games help me with paintball, they make me more interested bc instead of shooting digital enemies i get to shoot paint at real people so its more interesting. theres nothing on a game like play against another person in real life. but i could say paintball does help me play the games bc then i know that if i make a mistake it isnt a painful one lol.
