07 Fusion Velocity Problems

I just got a 07 fusion , everything is stock, has been taken apart and all o rings have been change and lube , the HPR is set at 250ish psi, and the lpr is set to all open minus one turn from the c clamp, I`m using a barrel kit , fresh battery, and decent paint, even like that I still getting only 240-250 ish over the hand held crono.

Has anyone encounter similar situations and if so, what was done to fix it and get the velocity up to the 270-280ish range?

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Thank you

Try a different bottle I have seen this problem go back to the reg in the bottle needing to be rebuilt. If that isn't it get with Sobe John he's the fusion guy in here.

Try calling up DP and tell them you would like to purchase the lpr-less front cap, from an F8, it will also fit your F7 and give you peace of mind and something less to worry about.

Through my testing of the F7 , LPR is is pretty much like tits on a bull. USELESS.
As for the low velocity, one thing i did admire was the direct relation from what the guage reads to your fps.. so basically even if the gauge reads close to 270, (eventhough the manual says to adjust not over 250) you will be very close to 270 fps at the chrono..
I'm sure by now you've played a hell of alot with your marker ,and its pretty well broken in, shooting a lil higher on what the guage says should not damage your noid..
If you have any further questions or issues feel free to PM me..

Peace

Update:

Marker is fix, the prior owner took the lpr apart and assembled the shim stack wrong, now is set at 250psi, lpr all out minus 1 turn, stable 270/275ish.

Thank you all for your help on this matter.

Now where can I get new grip panels for this marker?
