my dad was talking about this gun, and he said that the dye matrix does 23bps,thats pretty fast..

It'll do more than that.....but yes they are extremely fast and shoot very very straight due to the low recoil and extremely low pressure.

The dm4 is not a matrix, it is a gun based off the matrix. It is thinner, much lighter, but for the price it is the same. DM4's are very expensive, much more than a matrix. With the extra money, you can get a new board, eyes, a bolt kit, and much more. With all the upgrades you can get with the money you saved, you'll have a much better gun if you upgrade a matrix.

If you have a stock matrix board then yes. But with the extra money you have by buying a matrix over a dm4, you can get tadao and ace and you would have a much faster/legal gun.
