I just bought my husband a black PMR. He has been playing with DMs and Protos for several years now and he compares the Rail to his PM5 and his PM6. I have shot his PMR and loved it. As far as upgrades, Proto has triggers, feed necks, ul frames, and all sorts of other goodies. Without the UL Frame, his PMR is extremely light. If I were to get him the UL Frame, every time he would throw up to shoot or shoot off handed, he would end up dropping the gun. He did it with his PM6...needless to say, I won't be spending the money on a UL Frame to update the PMR. The 3 modes of fire it already comes with is all he needs. Basically, he just wants cosmetic upgrades.

the UL frame isnt out right now (TMK) and the the feedneck and the board is the PM7 stuff...

o yes i totally agree and also i knew there will be one on the market in the very near future...also the feed neck in the catalogue is also composite, its just a different color shell...the only thing i think the PMR really needs is aluminum upgrades on the eye covers and bolt cap...also a UL frame (thats me) and a CP on/off...

yep...is there a confirmation if they will come out with clear dust parts??? im goin for the dust black and clear look...by jan. 20th my PMR will be awesome...

the pmr is very accurate, fast
the only thing giving me trouble was the feedneck since it was tightened enough the only truly needed upgrade is a barrel this gun is better than my ion by a long shot
