Swapping springs is just based on feel. You'll have to compensate with the board settings to keep the marker from bouncing.
I usually drill into the trigger a little to make a hole for the magnet to sit in, then same on the body. I prefer attracting magnets at the front of the pull, seems a little snappier to me. I forget where I got mine, but check around online, there are stores which sell a few different strengths, that should give you room to adjust the tension.

i dont like the idea of drilling on my new slg, i have another question, do u know of a way to get stripped inserts out of the eye holes, i need to get them off because my detents dont work, and both are stripped out

Looking at a the pictures of an slg, you might end up sacrificing the eye covers. I'll be stopping by a shop tomorrow, I'll take a closer look at one.

yeah, thats wat i thought, i just dont see a way of getting them off without messing up the threads, its just agrivating me cuase i know once i get low on paint in my hopper balls might start falling out because that the only thing keeping them in
