OK, so what is the point of camo if you are going to throw red, gold, orange, chrome, etc on it as well?

that is thomas taylor's ego (snake player from XSV).
the red/gold colors come stock on the gun. and the camo goes with the camo pattern that XSV is using this year. they are releasing their own line of clothing including camo jerseys and camo pants. aimed towards the speedball player. but not really effective for the woodsball person.
i picked up one of the jerseys last week in tampa. and saw the pants they are releasing. pretty nice stuff.

Don't knock the bling camo!
I'm sure it will be expensive as hell, but it's not a bad looking gun.

resalve value because of rarity and popularity, like why would you buy a pink gun? cause it looks cool. nuff said.

Basically what scpaintballer said, it's just for looks, there aren't too many people that actually care about camoflauge(woodsball players) that would drop 1000-2000 dollars on an Ego, so PE doesn't really take into account how well it will blend in.

I really like camo on certain guns. I saw a black, blue, and white digi camoflauged DM5 a while back...it was so nice looking.

That looks awesome as well.

I like egos but the paint job ain doing it for me the whole camo and gold kinda pointless
