Honestly these were probably just a throw together thing with extra parts and they only have a few so they're offering them at the first major event after they're ready and aren't anticipating having any left after that.
Or they're gonna start doing event limited editions.

I just spoke to Planet Eclipse. They says that this is a bargain that is being offered at the Millenium events, ONLY. There are NO ETEK 1's available in the states. UK has those and when they're gone...
