i've been wanting to see the new ego from the SL line. The SL74 had 2 qev's; what ridiculous feature will this one have?

also - it's nice to see that they made the frame friendly to those of the fat-fingered community

Should be beautiful. They have a small video clip teaser out as well.

If it follows the pattern of the other SLs it will be $2000. It will be lighter then any other model of ego, they'll be hard to get as every one who can afford one will want one, and next year they'll go for 2/3 of purchase price or less.

They are due out at Huntington Beach event through the grape vine which is at the end of March. Its a good sign that they're showing this now. It means they're done and probably in full blown production as we speak. Hopefully that will help with supply issues.

i wish to change my earlier statement. i will not be selling the ego7. i WILL still be purchasing the SL8r for the ridiculously stupid price of $2000. why? because it looks cool. thats why.
